About the Role :
We are a reputable recruitment agency seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Teaching Assistant to join a vibrant, well established secondary school in Rotherham. This full-time position is set to begin in September and offers a fantastic opportunity to work in a supportive and dynamic educational environment.
Key Responsibilities :
- Assist teachers in delivering engaging and effective lessons.
- Provide one-on-one and small group support to students who require additional help.
- Help with classroom management and maintaining a positive learning environment.
- Support students with special educational needs (SEN) to ensure they receive tailored assistance.
- Assist in the preparation of classroom materials and resources.
- Participate in school activities and events, fostering a sense of community and school spirit.
- Provide feedback to teachers on student progress and areas for improvement.
