Horizon Care and Education have an exciting opportunity for a Teacher to join our fantastic Alternative Learning Team in the Medway region! Encompassing Rochester, Herne Bay and surrounding areas.

Horizon Education Alternative Learning (HEAL) aims to support and engage young people who struggle to maintain attendance and learning in a school environment. We deliver short term, personalised learning programmes natitnally - a combination of direct home tutoring and online learning for pupils from ages 5 -19.

At Horizon Care and Education, our Teachers are supported by our Director of Curriculum, Headteachers, SENCos, Operational Directors and the Managing Director of Education Services as well as our extensive therapeutic team.

Minimum requirements :

• QTS or QTLS Qualifications
• Have proven teaching and learning experience.
• Have up to date safeguarding and child protection qualifications / knowledge and experience.
