Salary : £83.85 - £95.00 per day
Role Overview :
We are seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated Teaching Assistant, Learning Support Assistant, or SEN TA to support a mainstream primary schools across Redhill.
The successful candidate will play a crucial role in supporting the development and education of children from Early Years to KS2, working closely with the class teacher and other staff members.
Key Responsibilities :
- Assist in the planning and delivery of engaging and developmentally appropriate activities.
- Support the social, emotional, and cognitive development of children.
- Foster a safe and inclusive environment for all children.
- Observe and assess children's progress, maintaining accurate records.
- Work collaboratively with teachers, parents, and other staff to enhance the learning experience.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and safeguarding procedures.
- Assist with the preparation of learning materials and classroom organization.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
