Were on the lookout for a highly organised and proactive Office Admin Assistant to join a busy team in Longridge . This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and has a keen eye for detail.
What youll be doing :
Providing day-to-day administrative support to the recruitment team
Maintaining and updating records, databases, and spreadsheets
Handling telephone and email enquiries professionally and promptly
Assisting with onboarding processes and compliance checks
Preparing documents, reports, and correspondence as required
Supporting with general office duties and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations
What were looking for :
Previous experience in an administrative role, ideally in recruitment or HR
Experience in the hospitality sector is advantageous due to the nature of the work
Excellent communication and organisational skills
Confident working independently and managing your own workload
Strong IT skills especially Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
A positive attitude and a willingness to learn
Access to a car is preferable due to occasional travel needs and the office location
Hours : Monday to Friday, full-time
Location : Based in Longridge, onsite
