About The Role : We are seeking a proactive and reliable Domestic Supervisor to support the Department Manager in overseeing daily operations and ensuring the smooth delivery of high-quality cleaning and facilities management services. You'll lead a dedicated domestic team, helping to maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming environment, while ensuring full compliance with contractual, statutory, and quality standards.Hours : 37.5 hours per week (rotational shifts including : 6am–2pm, 9am–7pm, 11am–9pm). Flexibility requiredKey Responsibilities :

• Supervise the domestic team to ensure high standards of service delivery
• Lead daily handovers and ensure the 15-minute handover process is consistently followed
• Prepare and manage staff rotas and report payroll information accurately
• Conduct and record regular performance reviews, supporting staff development
• Deliver Toolbox Talks and training sessions as required
• Carry out general and equipment cleaning according to schedules
• Maintain cleanliness of external access routes and communal areas
• Manage stock levels and conduct regular stocktakes
• Support compliance with service level agreements and internal quality systems
• Always promote and model company values and excellent customer service
• Uphold high standards of personal presentation and hygieneAbout You :
• Previous experience in a similar supervisory or facilities management role
• Basic awareness of mental health in the workplace
• Flexible and supportive approach to colleagues, management, and clients
• Strong understanding of cleaning processes and commercial cleaning standards
• Excellent IT skills, including confident use of Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and digital rota / payroll systems
• Able to interpret and work within service level agreements and budgets
• Excellent leadership, communication, and team management skills
• Analytical thinker with a structured approach to problem-solving
• Highly organised, proactive, and capable of working independently under pressure
• Resilient, adaptable, and passionate about maintaining high standards
