Great opportunity to work as a PCV Coach Driver for our prestigious client based in Peterborough. Staffline is seeking PCV coach drivers for ongoing work with Driving Plus Ltd / Staffline. The rates of pay are : - Day Shift £16.00 per hour - Night shift £17.00 per hour Overtime is available after working 38 hours and paid at : - £20.00 per hour This is a full-time position requiring flexibility in scheduling, with weekend work being a key requirement. This is a temp to perm opportunity for the right candidate! Applicants must hold a valid PCV licence. Please attach a copy of your driving licence, driver card and tachograph card to your application, along with your CV Your Time at Work You will be responsible for transporting agency workers to and from their work sites, with a strong emphasis on punctuality and safety. As a Coach Driver, you must demonstrate the ability to navigate unfamiliar routes with confidence and maintain a calm and professional demeanour in challenging situations. A smart appearance and excellent customer service skills are essential to ensuring a positive experience for passengers. You must have excellent communication skills, as you will be required to provide clear and accurate information to passengers, as well as relay relevant details to the transport team. Our Perfect Worker The ideal candidate will possess excellent customer-facing skills and maintain a smart, professional appearance, as you will be the first point of contact for passengers. Reliability is essential in this role, as punctuality is critical to ensuring passengers reach their destinations on time. A positive, approachable attitude and the ability to handle situations calmly and professionally are also key attributes for success in this role.
