Martyn Fletcher, an industry leader driving new ideas for how our group of companies can grow and serve its customers with the very best in fresh fruit, salads, and vegetables, is looking for support from an intelligent, self-motivated, and personable graduate. You’ll assist with research and presentations, numerical analysis, special projects, and problem-solving.

Key Responsibilities :

• Coordinate and collect data across various divisions and functions.
• Consolidate and combine reports from different Group companies / functions.
• Prepare and format presentation slides for management reporting.
• Conduct ad-hoc research and analysis.
• Engage in cross-divisional projects to drive business improvement.
• Schedule, organize, and coordinate meetings, including weekly business unit meetings.
• Maintain confidential relationships on behalf of the CEO and CFO.
• Support the ESG team with ongoing and new projects.
• Assist the Finance Department with data room creation and maintenance.
• Support the Communications team with internal colleague engagement.
• Create general correspondence, emails, agendas, and take minutes at key meetings.
• Meet and greet clients and other visitors.
• Adhere to Group and Company Health & Safety and Environmental Policies.
• Report all accidents, near misses, unsafe acts, or conditions.
• Cooperate with the Company to ensure effective and safe work practices.
• Use safety equipment or clothing provided appropriately.
• Perform any other reasonable duties to meet business needs.
