Manufacturing Production OperativeLocation : Paddock Wood, KentJob Type : Full-time, PermanentShifts Available : 6 : 00am - 2 : 00pm or 2pm - 10pm (Monday to Friday)An exciting opportunity has arisen to join a manufacturing team based in the Paddock Wood area. Our client is looking for an experienced and enthusiastic Manufacturing Production Operative to join their operation on a temporary ongoing basis.Key Responsibilities : Operate and monitor production machinery to ensure efficient and safe workflowMaintain product quality standards in line with company expectationsFollow work instructions, production schedules, and quality proceduresPerform basic data entry and use computer systems for reporting tasksWork collaboratively with team members and supervisors to achieve production goalsSkills & Experience : Previous experience working in a manufacturing / production environmentFamiliarity with operating or supporting production machineryBasic computer literacy (MS Office or similar software)Strong attention to detail and understanding of quality control processesReliable transport and a valid driving licence (due to site location)Benefits : Free on-site parkingKH Recruitment Ltd is acting as an Employment Business in relation to this vacancy
