We are seeking dedicated and compassionate Senior Occupational Health Advisors with a Part 3 of the NMC Register to join our team.

In this role, you will conduct comprehensive assessments, develop tailored intervention plans, and provide expert advice and support to clients, families, and caregivers.
You will collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure holistic care and stay updated with the latest practices in occupational health.
Key Details : Salary : up to £52,000 Working Scheme : Hybrid ( 2 days on-site and 3 days at home) Working Hours : 37.5 hours per week Location : Clinics around Banbury, Oxford Potential Travel : Rugby and Daventry when cover is needed Requirements : Part 3 of the NMC Register Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Passion for helping others and improving their daily lives Responsibilities : Conducting Pre-Placement Health Questionnaires (PPHQs) Managing referral clinics Providing Statutory Health Surveillance (SHS) Administering vaccinations and taking blood samples Special Focus : There will be a range of clients, including those in high-performance engineering, food manufacturing, local authorities, and laboratories.
