We have a client based in Lowestoft they are a welcoming and supportive home for 12 adults with a range of diverse needs, including learning disabilities, Down Syndrome, Epilepsy, Fragile X Syndrome, Autism, and Diabetes.As a Support Worker, you will play a key role in assisting residents with their daily lives, ensuring they feel safe, valued, and empowered. Your responsibilities will include : Assist with personal care tasks, ensuring the dignity and independence of service users.Support daily living activities, including light household chores and shoppingEncouraging independence and engagement in activitiesSupporting individuals with communication and social interactionsMaintaining a safe and nurturing environmentWhat We’re Looking ForWe welcome applications from individuals with or without experience, as full training will be provided.
