Location : Lowestoft

Hours : Full Time – 37 hpw (part time considered)

Contract : Fixed Term to 30 / 04 / 2026

Salary : Band J - £30150.00 to £33000.00 FTE (dep on qualifications and experience)

The People Team here at East Coast College are looking for a confident and knowledgeable HR Advisor to join them.

Your success in this role will rely heavily on your ability to work closely with and guide all stakeholders within Team ECC. Your ability to build robust relationships with managers will help to maximise staff management, embed and nurture positive employee engagement, and ultimately help to ensure that our core values are upheld.

Key Responsibilities :

• Stakeholder engagement
• Ability to build and maintain positive relationships
• Adhere to, advise on, and shape policies and procedures
• CIPD Level 5 - or working towards
