This role is based within our Inspired Property Management (IPM) brand, and we are looking for a Service Charge Accountant with experience of working within Accounts.Main Duties and

Objectives :

To provide efficient and accurate accounting, administration and day to day management.To carry out various property management tasks as directed by your Manager or DirectorTo assist Inspired Property Management Ltd to implement company policies and procedures to an agreed standardEnsure that company policies and procedures are consistently applied to required standardsSetting up new clients accountsMaintaining and reconciling client bank accountsSetting and managing annual budgets for each siteApportioning budgets in line with clients lease agreementsProducing invoicesPaying of suppliers and contractorsDrafting a service charge account for each client.Creating Journals, accruals and prepaymentsProducing quarterly reports to track and analyse expenditureCreating provisions and reserve funds for any potential requirementsLiaising with the auditors regarding finalised accountsFiling of clients accounts on time at Companies HouseCarrying out adjustments and sending actual expenditure reportsEssential Skills :

Experience and knowledge of Accounts and / or Service Charge AccountingAAT qualified or working towards accreditationGreat attention to detail, Organisation and Prioritisation.Experience of working with balance sheets
