Field Service Engineer Location : London & Southeast (based from NW London) Salary : £37,000 – £42,000 (depending on experience) Job Type : Permanent A fantastic opportunity has arisen for an experienced Field Service Engineer to join a leading team delivering high-quality service and maintenance on commercial laundry and warewashing equipment. Based from NW London, you’ll be covering London and the Southeast, supporting a wide range of clients across industries such as hospitality, healthcare, sports, and private residential. The Role : As a key member of the service team, you’ll be the face of the business, attending service calls, diagnosing and repairing equipment, and ensuring top-quality service delivery. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include : Attending field service calls for commercial laundry, warewashing, and auto dosing systemsDiagnosing faults, completing repairs, and reporting on findingsChecking, commissioning, and carrying out basic installations of equipment, ozone, and dosing systemsReconditioning and testing ex-rental equipmentPerforming routine maintenance visitsMaintaining van stock levels and updating Salesforce inventoryIdentifying and reporting on machine and install conditions with recommendationsThe Person : We’re looking for someone with the following skills and experience : Mechanical and electrical servicing experience (Gas Safe qualifications a plus but not essential)Confident in reading and interpreting electrical schematicsStrong problem-solving and diagnostic abilitiesClear communication skills, both written and verbalFriendly, professional, and customer-focusedSelf-motivated and well-organised, with the ability to manage time effectivelyCalm under pressure with a strong work ethic and pride in their workFull UK driving licence (clean)Why Apply?
