With a strong commitment to delivering excellent customer care, our client offers a supportive and inclusive environment where you can make a real difference in the community.Responsibilities : Provide efficient and effective front-line customer service, handling a variety of service requests and providing information and guidance related to housing repairs.Understand and address customer needs, ensuring a high level of understanding amongst staff delivering services.Work as part of a dynamic team to drive service development and ensure responsiveness to public / client needs.Complete transactions, including taking card payments, following the appropriate protocols.Uphold the council's policies and procedures, including health and safety requirements, and actively participate in promoting service quality improvements.Maintain an excellent understanding of customer interactions and use available technologies to provide information and support for customers.Essential Skills, Qualifications, and Experience : Clear understanding of operational services provided within Repairs Contact CentreKnowledge of customer service and conflict resolutionFamiliarity with excellent resident experience tools and approachesAbility to deliver high-quality, customer-focused servicesStrong communication skills, verbally and in writingProblem-solving skills and the ability to evaluate situations and take appropriate actionsSelf-motivated with the ability to work with minimal supervisionAble to work as part of a team and contribute to a positive working environmentOpen to working flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and occasional public holidaysDesirable Skills, Qualifications, and Experience : Previous experience working in a customer service role, in the housing industryTechnologies : Proficiency in using information technology applications and systems to provide information, advice, and support to customers How to Apply : If you are passionate about delivering excellent customer service and want to contribute to the community, please apply below with your updated resume.
