This role will start after the easter holidays.Job RequirementsProviding dedicated 1 : 1 and group support to students with diverse needs, including ASD, ADHD, and other learning disabilitiesAssisting students in achieving their individual EHCP (Education, Health, and Care Plan) targetsSupporting teaching staff in delivering a well-structured curriculum adapted to each student's specific requirementsEncouraging positive behaviour and assisting with the implementation of behaviour management strategiesHelping students engage in sensory activities, tailored to suit their learning needs and preferencesThe Ideal Candidate Must Have : Experience working within a SEN or educational setting, ideally with children or young adults with special needs or be open to completing relevant training regarding working within SEN environments.A strong understanding of ASD, ADHD, SEMH, and other learning disabilitiesAbility to build trusting relationships with students, encouraging a sense of independence and self-confidence.Excellent communicat...
