Your efforts will ensure smooth operations internally and high satisfaction among our valued customers.

Every day you will...
- Handle all telephone and online queries from NHS workers promptly and supportively. From payroll to timesheet enquiries, you will ensure smooth operations and maintain positive relationships.
- Utilise customer support systems efficiently to resolve incoming queries effectively, ensuring accurate tracking of all activities.
- Collaborate with the broader teams to enhance and evolve the our function, aligning with client, business, and regulatory needs for continuous improvement.
