Hunter & Gatherer :
Unearth new business opportunities, proactively prospect for new clients, and convert competitors' customers.Relationships :
Develop and nurture customer relationships, focusing on activation, retention, contract negotiations, and optimizing terms.Spend :
Increase our share of each customer's spending by positioning us as their preferred supplier.Engage :
Support our marketing initiatives by promoting campaigns and maximizing customer engagement.Sales Strategist :
Utilize our sales tools to their fullest potential, ensuring we capture every opportunity and maximize customer spend.Targets :
Achieve and surpass gross profit margin targets, new business sales targets, and existing customer growth targets.What You'll Bring :
Experience in a similar sales role is a definite plus!A knack for accurate pricing and maximizing profitability while maintaining healthy gross profit margins.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, and Excel).Exceptional organizational skills, the ability to multitask, prioritize effectively, and meet deadlines.Adaptability and a positive attitude towards change.Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Knowledge of our customer base, their needs, and the sales cycle is a strong advantage.Familiarity with the office supplies industry or FMCG marketplace is preferred.What We Offer :
