These homes are rated "Good" and "Outstanding," benefiting from experienced management teams and offering extensive training and regular supervision to help you thrive in your role.The RoleAs a Residential Child Care Officer, you will play a vital role in providing a safe, nurturing environment that meets the emotional, social, and physical needs of looked-after children and young people. Your work will have a direct impact on their lives, giving them the opportunity to heal, grow, and develop into confident individuals.This role involves working with young people who may present complex behaviours and, at times, challenging situations.
