Teaching Assistant - PrimaryPrimary Schools - New Malden and Morden areas Permanent and Supply / Long term temp availableUp to £120 per day, depending on experience NextGen are currently looking for a passionate and dedicated Teaching Assistant to join Primary Schools in the New Malden and Morden areas. You will be a key member of the schools supporting the classroom teachers to deliver excellent lessons, supporting with building positive relationships and the children are getting the support needed.Day to day you will be : Support with implementing appropriate activities to support children's learning and developmentBoth group and 1 : 1 supportProvide a safe and nurturing environmentBuild positive relationships with children, parents, and colleaguesCommunicating with parentsPromoting the general wellbeing of the childrenObserve and assess the children progress and be able to report back to the classroom teacher and parentsWe are looking for someone with : Prior experience working with Primary age children in a education settingExcellent communication skillsA brilliant team playerA genuine passion for working with childrenA positive, can-do attitudeWhy apply through NextGen?You will have a varied and exciting workload each week, gaining great exposure to different areas and schools.
