We are exclusively seeking passionate and professional Support Workers who go all-out to provide the very best care and support for their clients.
This is a fantastic opportunity in New Malden within a brand new Special Needs School.
There are full time and part-time and ad-hoc positions available with working hours being from 8.30am - 3.30pm, Monday - Friday.
If you have had experience in supporting those with Learning difficulties, Mental Health and / or Physical disabilities, then we would like to hear from you.
We are consistently partnering with 'GOOD' and 'OUTSTANDING' provisions.
Support Worker Main Duties :
- Working in collaboration with your team to deliver the highest quality of care
- Following students specific care plans
- Teaching skills for independent living such as cooking, cleaning, shopping
- Supporting students social and behavioural development
Support Worker Skills Needed :
The ideal Support Worker will have experience working within an assisted living facility, SEN School or Care home and have positive and caring attitude with excellent communication skills.
Reliability and a strong team / work ethic are essential within this role.
Support Worker -
