Customer Service Agent- Near Pontypridd- £24,500Yolk Recruitment are seeking passionate Customer Service Agents, your mission will be simple : deliver brilliant customer service every single day. We are working exclusively with a company in financial services near pontypridd.You'll be at the heart of our customer interactions-offering guidance, resolving issues, and providing a positive experience at every touch point. You'll be working within a supportive contact centre of around 20 team members, where collaboration is key.
