12 month Fixed Term Electrical & Mechanical Engineer Harbour Exchange London

We are looking for a 12 month Fixed Term Shift contract engineer to join our team and get to know us!

Responsibilities :

• Facility Infrastructure Maintenance :  Ensure the seamless operation of our facility infrastructure through diligent maintenance practices.
• Site Inspections & Monitoring :  Conduct regular site inspections and monitor building and data centre alarms to ensure optimal performance.
• Preventative Maintenance :  Oversee and execute preventative maintenance on site infrastructure, either directly or through vendor management, including managing the permit to work system.
• Repairs & Corrective Maintenance :  Perform and manage repairs and corrective maintenance on critical equipment to maintain uninterrupted service.
• Planned Maintenance :  Prepare and execute planned maintenance activities to ensure the reliability of our infrastructure.
• Documentation :  Maintain comprehensive site logs and data records, including MOPs (Method of Procedure) and scripts.
• Incident Response :  Assist senior staff in responding to on-site incidents and take initiative in handling basic incidents based on your expertise.
• Work Requests & Installations :  Complete basic work requests and circuit installations efficiently.
• Infrastructure Projects :  Participate actively in ongoing infrastructure projects to enhance our facilities.
• Works Projects :  Execute small works projects, such as lighting upgrades, to improve site functionality.
