They seek a HR Manager / Business Partner to be based at their Melton site (hybrid) for a minimum of 12 months.The role will report into the global HR Director, with 1 direct report, and work alongside a wider HR team. Partnering with the senior leadership team and a wide range of stakeholders within the business, This role will manage the overall HR function. This is a fast paced unionised environment, offering a variety of both strategic and operational responsibility.Are you an experienced HR Manager from a manufacturing environment?Are you Immediately available?The role :

Working with the Directors to develop HR strategy and initiatives
Supporting and guiding Managers and Directors with day to day HR issues and employee relations
Reviewing, developing and implementing a wide range of new policies, procedures and processes.
Talent management and succession planning.
Review, develop and lead in all Recruitment & Selection activity
Lead in Change management projects focusing on the business structures, redundancy and consultations
