Belmont Recruitment are currently looking for a Care Services Team Leader to join a Learnign Disability Supported Living Service owned by Leciestershire Council on an initial 3-6 month temporary contract.We’re looking for a compassionate, organised and forward-thinking Care Services Team Leader to help lead the delivery of high-quality support for adults with learning disabilities across our Community Life Choices, Short Breaks, Supported Living and Residential Care services.Key Responsibilities :

• Lead and support a team of care staff to deliver outstanding care and support
• Oversee daily operations, staff rotas, and ensure effective shift planning
• Support the development and delivery of personalised care plans
• Monitor service quality and ensure compliance with CQC standards
• Promote safeguarding, health and safety, and positive risk-taking
• Build strong relationships with service users, families and external agencies
• Champion continuous improvement and a person-centred cultureWhat you'll bring :
• Level 3 Diploma in Health & Social Care (or equivalent experience)
• Proven experience managing or supervising care teams
• Strong knowledge of safeguarding, the Care Act, and CQC standards
