Our client, a leading consultancy firm, is actively seeking a dedicated and driven Digital Delivery Consultant to join their team in the Defence and Security sector. This is a pivotal role aimed at driving transformative and sustainable changes in high-profile capital programmes.

• Assist in the design, development, and transformation of complex programmes, including strategic planning, delivery oversight, digital transformation, and assurance activities.
• Contribute to client projects by developing engagement plans, producing deliverables, managing changes, and facilitating workshops and meetings.
• Engage in project controls transformation, programme governance, and the setup and maintenance of Project Management Offices.
• Support risk management, progress reporting, and financial controls across the programmes or specific workstreams.
• Foster client relationships, identify new business opportunities, and contribute to proposals to expand our client base.
• Aid in the development of our industry propositions, solutions, and methodologies, while delivering insights and innovative approaches to meet client needs.
• Required : UK security clearance to Developed Vetting (DV) level.
• Extensive industry knowledge within Defence, Security, and Justice sectors, bringing valuable insights and experiences to our client engagements.
• Demonstrable track record of successful project delivery within these sectors, whether through direct industry experience or consultancy roles.
• Strong commercial awareness, adept at navigating infrastructure, supply chain challenges, and engagement management.
• Excellent problem-solving abilities, with keen attention to detail and creative thinking.
• Proven capability in working within multi-disciplinary teams in a fast-paced environment.
• Highly motivated, self-starter with excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to build lasting relationships.
