The Role :

We are seeking an experienced and passionate Head of Mechanical Design to lead and drive every aspect of our mechanical design operations, from concept to manufacture. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for overseeing the development of new products and managing a team of two designers, while working closely with our production team.

Key Responsibilities :

• Oversee and lead all mechanical design activities, ensuring innovation and excellence in every project.
• Develop new products and drive forward cutting-edge solutions.
• Manage and mentor two mechanical design engineers, fostering a collaborative and creative environment.
• Liaise directly with our production team to ensure seamless design-to-manufacture transitions.
