Permanent & Full Time

Based on site with 1 day working from home.

Free on-site parking included.

30,000 - £35,000 plus competitive benefits package, including 25 days annual leave (plus bank holidays)

Key responsibilities of the Customer service Manager :

  • To manage the Customer Service function, ensuring that professional advice and support is provided to all customers.
  • Lead the team to deliver exceptional customer experiences.
  • Oversee the ongoing training and development through 1-2-1`s and performance reviews.
  • Building longstanding relationships across the business and identify areas for improvement.
  • Review and continuously improve customer service approach and processes.
  • Effective reporting on customer service contacts for evaluating the performance.
