We are currently seeking an Internal Communication Officer, reporting directly to the T.EN X Marketing and Communication Business Partner, based in London.Main Accountabilities

• Develop and execute the internal communications plans (Corporate, People & Culture, Sustainability, QHSE, Technology and Innovation, Business, etc.)
• Organize Town Halls and engage the communities through meetings, emailing, posts and newsletters.
• Manage and animate internal channels (Intranet, Viva Engage, Teams groups, etc.)
• Support teams on brand adoption, internal processes and change management
• Manage projects on request of the T.EN X Marketing and Communication Business Partner.
• Measure the performance of campaigns and propose improvements as necessary.Experience and skills :
• Relevant degree qualification (Communications and Community Management)
• Copy writing, Project Management, Creative mindset and Design skills
• Flexible, agile, self-motivated, people oriented and organizational skills
• Ability to deal with tight and multiple deadlines
• Native EnglishAdvantageous Experience :
• Experience working in an international business.
