Job Title : M&E Site Manager – Building Services - Fit-Out Projects (CAT A & B)Location : London (Various Site Locations)Job Type : Full-time - ContractAre you a skilled Site Manager with a passion for high-quality fit-out projects with a building services background?We’re looking for someone with a strong track record in delivering CAT A & B commercial fit-outs to join our team!Key Responsibilities :

• End-to-end project management of CAT A and CAT B fit-out works
• Managing site teams, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure timely delivery
• Overseeing health & safety, quality control, and compliance on-site
• Driving project milestones and resolving issues proactivelyRequirements :
• Proven experience managing fit-out projects with a building serves & M&E Background
• Solid understanding of CAT A and CAT B specifications and processes
• Strong organisational, communication, and leadership skills
• Ability to manage multiple sites and work under pressure
• SMSTS, CSCS (Black or Gold card preferred), and First Aid certification
• Based in or able to travel across London dailyWhat We Offer :
