Behaviour Support Officer – Lead Positive Change in South Manchester

Are you a passionate individual with experience in behaviour support? We are looking for a Behaviour Support Officer to join our secondary school in South Manchester to support students in making positive changes to their behaviour and academic engagement.
Key Responsibilities :
- Providing one-on-one and group support to students with behavioural challenges.
- Working closely with teachers and pastoral staff to implement behaviour management strategies.
- Helping students develop positive social and emotional skills.
- Supporting the school's behaviour policies and promoting a culture of respect and inclusion.
