Part-time PA opportunity for charity in central London – 18 hours per week / hybrid working – 6-week temporary role – £30,000-£35,000 pro rata + holiday pay
Excellent part-time opportunity for a PA to join this friendly and forward-thinking charity of c.150 employees in central London. This role is working 18 hours per week, spread across at least 4 days per week.
The role
Duties will include :
- Extensive diary management for the senior team
- Scheduling meetings, including committee meetings with multiple attendees
- Travel management, organising away days
- Ad hoc PA support across the organisation to cover leave / as required
The candidate
This PA role is heavy on diary management so must have previous experience with managing multiple diaries, ideally at Executive level. Must be able to prioritise, use initiative, have good time management and be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment. Excellent MS Office skills, particularly Outlook, are essential for the role as is having a flexible and proactive approach.
