To participate in designing our future projects we are looking for an Apprentice to join us. Working on a variety of civil engineering projects youll carry out engineering designs and assessments alongside our team.

Your key responsibilities will be :

• With the support of your project manager plan and prioritise your workload
• Contribute to solving technical problems with your team
• Carry out engineering designs and assessments
• Prepare design reports and drawings
• Collaborate with Engineers across many disciplines
• Be responsible for delivering your own work to a high standard
• Attend site visits and client meetings as required

On top of that youll have :

Candidates who have not competed their studies can apply on the basis of predicted grades but the final selection will be subject to achieving the required grades.

Studying

If accepted youll pursue a BEng (Hons) degree in Civil Engineering with the University of Warwick which involves participating in inperson classes on campus encompassing lectures and seminars on diverse subjects including structural and geotechnical engineering. Alongside your studies youll engage in officebased learning and work towards gaining Incorporated Engineer status with the Institution of Civil Engineers.

Well support you the entire way pay for your qualification and will introduce you to a mentor to coach and guide you through your development journey.

What youll receive

Annual Wage

Working week : this will be a permanent position working Monday to Friday 37.5 hours per week and you will be paid for the normal working hours and training thats part of your apprenticeship.

Expected Duration

5 years.

You must be available to commence employment in September 2025 to be considered for this role.
