Are you passionate about solving problems and providing top-tier support? Mint Service Desk is looking for a Helpdesk Consultant to join our global team. In this role, you’ll be at the forefront of ensuring our clients receive exceptional technical support and seamless service delivery.

Position : Helpdesk Consultant

Location : Flexible, Global Collaboration

Your Responsibilities :

As a Helpdesk Consultant at Mint Service Desk, you’ll take on a critical role in supporting our clients and ensuring smooth operations. Your key tasks will include :

Providing technical assistance and support to our clients.
Identifying, troubleshooting, and resolving technical issues or escalating them to the appropriate teams.
Delivering prompt and accurate responses to user queries.
Maintaining detailed documentation of interactions, technical issues, and solutions.
Collaborating with cross-functional teams to improve support processes and our knowledge base.

What We’re Looking For :

We’re seeking a dynamic individual with a customer-focused mindset and a drive to excel in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements :

Prior experience in a helpdesk or technical support role (preferred but not mandatory).

Strong problem-solving skills with a customer-first approach.

Familiarity with helpdesk software and basic technical troubleshooting.

Excellent communication skills and the ability to explain technical details in a clear, user-friendly manner.

Attention to detail and solid organizational abilities.

Preferred :

ITIL v4 Foundation certification or knowledge of ITIL best practices.
