Civil Project Manager Job - Permanent - Established Contractor based in Lincolnshire
Your new companyOur high-profile client, operating in the utilities sector, is currently seeking a Project Manager to join their team. They have a strong pipeline of work and offer excellent opportunities for career progression and professional development. This is a permanent position which will involve a mixture of office-based (Lincoln) and site-based work.
Your new roleAs Project Manager, you will be overseeing the successful delivery of schemes across the Lincolnshire / Nottinghamshire area and be responsible for, but not limited to :
- Managing and coordinating direct labour and subcontractors on multi-site projects
- Conducting site visits and inspection to ensure compliance with safety regulations and specifications
- Providing regular project updates and reports to senior management
- Ensuring alignment with project goals and industry standards
- Maintaining high standards of health and safety on site at all times
- Collaborating and liaising with internal and external stakeholders
- Ensuring schemes are delivered safely on time, within budget and to expected quality.
