Your Role as a Regional Housing Manager
In this pivotal year, as a Regional Housing Manager you will play a vital role in ensuring our tenants feel supported and valued in their living spaces.
You will provide strategic and operational leadership in delivering an excellent housing management service, overseeing the work of the Area Housing Teams. This role holds lead responsibility for key operational specialisms, including housing for older people, void management, allocations, tenancy management, and income collection, ensuring high standards of service delivery and continuous improvement.

This is a full-time, permanent position, working 36.25 hours per week.
What You Will Bring :
We are seeking applicants with at least 2 years previous experience in a housing management role, with demonstrable knowledge and experience in delivering housing management services.
