The Social Care Department is actively seeking a Senior Support Workers to work within an award-winning service located in and around Preston.The service is a bespoke specialist service for people who are aged from 6 -19 and upwards with autistic spectrum conditions and associated complex needs. You will be assisting residents through a care pathway to help them live as independently as possible. All the houses offer a large comfortable lounge, separate dining room, kitchen, quiet room and conservatory as well as a meeting area and activities room.
