Job Description : We are looking for a skilled Site Manager to oversee an industrial unit in Lenham. The ideal candidate will have previous experience managing industrial projects, and they must have a NEBOSH certificate. This role requires strong leadership, attention to detail, and the ability to ensure the project is delivered on time and to the highest standard.
Key Responsibilities : Manage and oversee all aspects of the project.Coordinate with subcontractors and ensure all work meets design specifications and quality standards.Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations on site.Maintain project timelines and manage any on-site challenges that may arise.
Requirements : Previous experience in Industrial or equivalent projectsValid SMSTS, CSCS, First Aid and NEBOSH certifications.Strong leadership and communication skills.Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
