ASB OfficerTemporaryFull timeWe are looking for an experienced Anti-Social Behaviour (ASB) Officer to join a team on a temporary, full-time basis. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing ASB cases, investigating complaints, and working closely with residents, partners, and stakeholders to resolve issues effectively.THE ROLEAs an ASB Officer, you will provide a proactive and responsive service to residents facing anti-social behaviour issues. Your key responsibilities will include : Managing ASB cases from complaint to resolution, ensuring timely and effective actionConducting interviews with complainants, witnesses, and alleged perpetratorsTaking appropriate enforcement action against ASB perpetrators, including preparing statements for legal proceedingsWorking closely with partner agencies, including the police and social services, to address ASB concernsProviding advice and support to victims of ASB, including those affected by domestic abuse and harassmentMonitoring CCTV and noise recording equipment to gather evidence in compliance with legislationAttending court hearings and evictions as requiredTHE CANDIDATEThe ideal candidate will have previous experience in a similar ASB role, with a strong understanding of relevant legislation and enforcement processes.
