Job Description
As an Out of Hours HR Advisor you will :
- Support current and future business needs through the development, engagement, motivation, and preservation of human capital.
- Provide advice and support with overall HR and people related queries and procedures across the organisation.
- Nurture a positive working environment.
- Provide advice to management and leadership in line with ACAS and current employment law.
- Maintain professionalism when liaising with external customers.
- Ensure legal compliance throughout human resource management.
The Successful Applicant
A successful HR Advisor should have :
- Proven working experience in human resources.
- People-oriented and results-driven mentality.
- Demonstrable experience with human resources metrics.
- Experience in employee relations.
- In-depth knowledge of labour law and HR best practices.
- Degree in Human Resources or equivalent CIPD qualification.
