Unqualified TA / Teacher Roles Teaching Personnel are currently looking for unqualified Teaching Assistants and Cover Supervisors that are keen to work across multiple schools in and around the Bristol area. As a cover supervisor, you will be responsible for carrying out lessons in the absence of full-time staff and ensure that children still receive high level learning to achieve their goals.The successful applicant will be : Confident and enthusiastic with a passion to work in and support SEN childrenHas a passion for teaching and supporting young peopleAbility to slot into new environments with easeExperience within relevant fields (coaching, tutoring, lecturing etc)Comfortable covering a range of subjects using preplanned workBe prepared to work on short noticeBe over the age of 18 Have an enhanced DBS (Child Only) on the Update Service or be willing to obtain oneConfident using a range of behaviour management techniques to fit in line with schools policiesStrong and clear with the command of the English Language both verbally and written when working with additional needs If you are a looking to become a teacher in the futuRe and want to network in a variety of schools or enjoy supporting young people and want to do this in a classroom, then we can provide you with regular daily / long term work.
