As Customs & Logistics Coordinator, you will oversee the seamless flow of goods, services, and information from the point of origin to customer delivery, ensuring all customer requirements are met. You will be responsible for achieving customer service and delivery time goals within financial constraints, aligning with both marketing and financial objectives. Additionally, you will drive the execution and ongoing enhancement of key logistics processes, including replenishment systems, data interchange, demand management, electronic data administration, and related functions.

Your role will involve building strong relationships with strategic customers through targeted logistics initiatives, while integrating insights from customers, competitors, operational teams, distribution, transportation, customer service, and industry best practices to continuously strengthen our competitive position.

Based at RAF Marham in Norfolk, working to a 9 / 75 work pattern giving you every other Friday off. This role is dedicated to ensuring safety, security, and compliance within the Customs Warehouse (CW). It plays a vital part in supporting the broader compliance efforts, not only within the Customs Warehouse at RAF Marham but also in maintaining Authorized Economic Operator (AEO) status.

This opportunity is available on a fixed term contract basis till the end of this year with a strong possibility of a permanent role being offered at the end of the contract.

Required skills, qualifications and experience :

• Be able to report statistics and audit.
• Attention to detail and be able to determine discrepancies between import records and procedures.
• be able to perform accurate analysis of data within spreadsheets and databases in line with regulatory policy and procedures.
• Intermediate level – Microsoft Excel.
