SEN Teacher - Small SEND School based in Norfolk Location : Kings Lynn Salary :  £28,000 - £43,000 (dependent on experience and qualifications) Contract : Full-time, Permanent We are excited to be recruiting on behalf of a highly reputable, specialist independent school offering therapeutic, trauma-informed education to pupils with SEND. Following recent expansion, the school are seeking a passionate and commited SEN teacher to join their dedicated team. About the Role : Plan and deliver engaging lessons to small groups and individual studentsDevelop personalised learning materials and maintain accurate recordsFoster confidence, independence and a love for learning among pupilsManage classroom behaviour effectively and liaise with parents and carers on student progressWork closely with a multidisciplinary team to ensure each student receives tailored educational supportWhat We’re Looking For : Minimum of two years’ experience in a SEND environment or equivalent specialist provisionQTS / QTLS is advantageous but not essential for the right candidateA nurturing, resilient approach with excellent communication and behaviour management skillsTo find out more, contact (url removed)
