- Develop and curate engaging content for social media platforms.
- Assist in the creation and editing of written, video, and photo content.
- Collaborate with the Marketing Manager to create a social media calendar.
- Interact with users and respond to social media messages, inquiries, and comments.
- Google Ads.
- Ensure the website is kept relevant and engaging.
- Update the website with new content, blogs, and customer stories.
- Support the development of robust PR campaigns to support all events and initiatives.
- Support the exhibition programme through PR and social media.
- Work with the sales team to plan and execute exhibitions.
- Ensure the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) strategy is effectively managed, grown and delivered to meet objectives.
- Work with the Marketing Manager to support the delivery of the marketing strategy.
- Assisting with the preparation of product launches.
- Monitoring and optimizing SEO.
