The Live In Porter is critical to the smooth operation, safety, and cleanliness of the building. You will oversee the day-to-day cleaning of the communal areas, security, and resident support, and ensure that the building remains well-kept, safe, and compliant with all necessary regulations. In addition to the cleaning and security duties you will be expected to maintain a daily logbook to record incidents, maintenance issues, and resident concerns, assist with arranging and overseeing contractor visits, ensuring work is completed to a high standard and in a timely matter, conduct weekly fire safety checks, monitor CCTV, conduct basic handyman duties, and carry out any reasonable additional tasks requested by Managing Agent that support the efficient running of the building. Candidates must have great direct experience in private residential blocks of apartments or strong transferable skills, excellent communication, a keen eye for detail and a can-do attitude
