Your newpany
You will be working via Hays on a temporary assignment for one of our valued clients. In your role as an HR Advisor / HR Assistant, you will assist them with a recruitment project over the next few months. This role is flexible, part-time up to 4 days per week and for 2 to 3 months. This role offers hybrid working with an in-person requirement in the Inverness area.
Your new role
In your new role, you will report to the HR Manager and provide support on the current recruitment drive. You will take the lead on recruitment, advising line managers on best practice, creating recruitment advertisements and working on candidate engagement strategies, supporting with shortlisting, arranging and conducting interviews, right-to-work checks, issuing offer letters and onboarding. You will also maintain HR databases, and support with any inductions and training as requested.
What you'll need to succeed
In this role, it is essential that you have excellentmunication skills and are able to work with the wider team effectively. In addition, you must be self-motivated and able to work on your own initiative. Ideally, you will be CIPD accredited or hold a relevant HR qualification. This role will require you to be able to influence the existing recruitment processes and identify areas of improvement and opportunities to evolve. In addition, you will have strong IT skills, excellent organisational skills and the ability to work to deadlines.
What you'll get in return
This role offers an immediate start, with a contract duration of around 3 months. The working hours are flexible and up to 4 days per week. This assignment does have the opportunity for extension as the role evolves. Ideally, you will be based in Inverness to assist with in-person interviews. However, this role offers great flexibility with home / hybrid working. The working culture is very positive, working across teams and locations in a relaxed environment. This role offers apetitive rate of pay, paid weekly via Hays on a PAYE basis.
