A welcoming primary school in Redbridge is seeking a dedicated and experienced SENCO (Special Educational Needs Coordinator) to join their team. This full-time, permanent position is an excellent opportunity for an individual passionate about promoting inclusive education and supporting students with diverse learning needs.

Role Highlights :
- Lead and manage the school's SEN provision, ensuring compliance with the SEND Code of Practice.
- Work closely with teachers, parents, and external agencies to develop and implement effective Individual Education Plans (IEPs) for students with special educational needs.
- Provide training and support to staff on best practices for teaching and supporting SEN students, fostering a culture of inclusion within the school.
- Monitor and assess the progress of students with SEN, using data to inform interventions and support strategies.
- Facilitate regular communication with parents and caregivers to ensure they are engaged in their child's learning journey and understand the support available.
