Boasting a wide range of spaces with state of the art facilities as well as impressive sustainability initiatives their team are dynamic and forward thinking and with new and exciting plans on the horizon there’s never been a better time to join.The RoleThere is now an opportunity to join the events team where you will be responsible for the planning and delivery of a wide range of events. This is an extremely fast paced role which would suit an established Event Manager with experience delivering events including conferences, exhibitions and shows. Key responsibilities include but are not limited to : Event scheduling, logistics and managementProducing documentation including H & SConducting venue show rounds and interpreting briefs and requirementsLiaising with internal and external stakeholdersOversight of set up and breakdowns onsiteMain POC for clients and suppliersBudget managementMaximizing revenue by upselling further servicesPost event evaluationsThe CandidateTo be successful in this position you will be an experienced Event Manager with high attention to detail, a flexible approach to working to suit the needs of the business and fantastic interpersonal skills.In return they offer an excellent benefits package, fantastic team culture and overall package.
