Cleaning Operative

Swan Walk Shopping Centre Horsham RH12 1HQ
40 hours per week
Shift Patterns are on a rolling rota
3 weeks early shiftsweeks late shifts 1100 : 2000 rota to be shared at interview stage)
must be able to work weekends due to site being open 7 days a week

PSS group are a nationwide Soft Facilities Services provider who work with some of the biggest names in retail entertainment facilities management and more.

Cleaning Operative Responsibilities Include :

Deliver onsite cleaning specifications and standards within Health and Safety guidelines.

Clean specific areas of the site according to the schedule and specification as instructed by Manager / Supervisor.

Attend to all urgent cleaning and spills when required.

Ensure cleaning cupboards are always kept tidy and stocked.

Customer service

Report any identified hazards or problems to the Manager / Supervisor.

Provide clear and detailed handovers to your work colleagues.

Ensure equipment is cleaned maintained and stored correctly.

Ideal Candidate :

Willing to support with overtime to cover staff sickness & Holidays.

Good attention to detail.

Good verbal communication skills.

Ability to follow instructions.

Polite and professional.

Willingness to learn.

Flexible and reliable willing to do overtime & weekends if required.

Experience preferred but full training provided.

Good selfpresentation (uniform provided).
