Job description

Administrative Assistant

Location : Holywood

Salary : £11.55 per hour

Contract : Interim (6 months)

Hours : 37.5 hours per week

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an Administrative Assistant to join a well-established organisation in Holywood. This role offers the chance to support a busy administrative team, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Provide administrative support to various departments.
  • Maintain accurate records and handle confidential data.
  • Answer calls, respond to queries, and direct correspondence.
  • Assist with document preparation, filing, and data entry.
  • Cover reception duties when required.
  • Support with scheduling, minute-taking, and general office coordination.

The Ideal Candidate :

  • Previous experience in an administrative role.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Strong organisational and communication skills.
  • Ability to prioritise tasks and work independently.
