Care Outlook is an expanding leading care provider in London and South East of England since 2005.We are currently looking to recruit a Deputy Manager on a fixed-term 9-month maternity cover contract (with the potential to extend) to support and lead our domiciliary care team in Oxford. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone passionate about delivering high-quality home care and ready to step into a leadership role, providing continuity and support to the team and clients during this period.Core Duties & Responsibilities as Deputy Manager : Being a positive voice for the service by communicating with service users and their families in a dignified and person-cantered wayDeliver services effectively and efficiently and have clear monitoring procedures and processes in place to ensure standards are continually metProvide management, leadership, and support to all staffMust be willing to embrace all aspects of the role including, but not limited to, providing support with dignified personal care and domestic tasks.Ensure good communication and links with all stakeholders regarding the provision of services including commissioners, service users, relatives, social work teams etc.Ensure that staff are trained for their roles and responsibilities and that all groups of staff within the team have access to appropriate training and learning opportunities.Put in place measures to comply with CQC regulations and work to achieve the best care standards possibleOn call dutiesAs a Deputy Manager, you will be offered the following : Salary up to £32,000 plus on call paymentsCompany issued mobile phoneOngoing support and Professional Development20 Days Holiday plus Bank HolidaysOpportunity to work in an expanding leading home care providerWe are looking for a Deputy Manager to join us who are : 100% committed to helping improve the quality of life of vulnerable peopleLevel 3 in Health and Social Care leadership and management or equivalent desirableAt least 1 year managerial experience working in the care sectorFull UK driving licenseWe look forward to supporting your application
